FND Hope UK is going to Parliament on the 16th October to raise awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder to MP’s
FND Hope UK launches new Peer Support Group in Surrey in collaboration with Surrey Hills Rehab. Kim Wilson a Neurophysiotherapist will be our Peer Support Workers.
Guest speaker Dr Michael Dilley from St Georges will be giving a talk with Q&A opportunity.
FND Hope UK were delighted to be asked to join the Mental Health and Neurosciences Leaders Away Day, held at the Royal College of Psychiatry and co-hosted by the Neurological Alliance.
Lots of speakers and we were asked to co-host a breakout session on FND with Prof Mark Edwards to discuss creating a stepped care pathway, improved triage, improved diagnostic explanation and awareness.
FND Hope UK are delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Neuro Convention 2020 to raise awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder.

Paige says “I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to my charity auction evening last night and thank you for all of those who donated items and their time to help the event run as well as it did.
I can very very proudly say we managed to raise a whopping £1504.00!! This is super amazing and I really am just chuffed to pieces it was hard work getting it all together and I am exhausted today but it was totally worth it to raise awareness and money for the charity and the disorder.

Today marks the start of Volunteers Week!!!
Volunteers week is a chance to celebrate and say thank you for the fantastic contribution millions of volunteers make across the UK.
It takes place 1-7 June every year and is an opportunity to celebrate volunteering in all its diversity.
