Clayton decided to take on an Ultra Challenge event London to Brighton. Clayton walked 58.2km (36 Miles) across the South Downs which took 11 hours. Through the generosity of Clayton’s supporters he was able to raise £1013.00 which was over his target of £750.
We spoke to Clayton who said “The reason I decided to support FND Hope UK is because this is close to home. My dear brother in law has been recently diagnosed with this condition and we know so little about it. We want to raise awareness as well as money for research into finding a positive treatment and hopefully a cure for this condition. I am planning to walk the Thames Challenge in September and am hoping to raise more funds again.
I am excited about working alongside the charity.
We cannot thank Clayton enough for the money he raised, for supporting his brother-in-law, and for supporting our FND community.
Good Luck on your next challenge.
